Theresa Byington Theresa handles all MLSs for Ch. 7 and 13 cases, Motion to Values, Motion to Redeems, Objections to Claims and Confirmations, Proof of Claims, etc. for the Firm. In addition she assists Mr. LeVine and Mr. Hicks in litigation bankruptcy, Chapter 7 Trustee, and miscellaneous bankruptcy matters. She has worked with the Firm since 1997.
Traci Zimmerman Traci started with us in July of 2008 and has been a huge asset. In addition to assisting our bankruptcy department she has also assisted with multiple trials over her first 3 months and has really helped us put together a strong trial team.
Amanda Whitley-Matthews Amanda is the newest member of our Firm. She started in September of 2008 and will work primarily as an assist to David Hicks with bankruptcy litigation cases, such as Chapter 11s, 523s, 727s, etc.
Katie is a native of Tampa. She has worked with Dennis LeVine & Associates for nearly 7 years. Katie has worked at a number of positions with the Firm, and she has been a member of our litigation team for over 2 years now. She has recently been appointed Team Lead of our litigation team and has since done an excellent job of coordinating workflow.
Avni Patel Avni has worked with the Firm since December of 2005. She started out as a secretary/billing assistant, while all alone showing an interest in our litigation department. She has been a main part of this department for over a year now and she continues to be our go to trainer.
Erin Slattery Erin graduated from the University of Central Florida in December of 2007 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is originally from Sarasota, FL. Erin also speaks French and has worked with the Firm since March of 2008.
Sheri Olson Sheri is a resident of the Tampa Bay area. She has 40 years of legal assistant experience and received her Paralegal Degree in 1991. She has worked with the Firm since June of 2008.
Melinda Noll Melinda joined Dennis LeVine & Associates in June of 2008. In addition to working her clients' cases, Melinda also sets the departments depositions and helps coordinate the calendar.
