Alison Verges Walters, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, joined the firm April 26, 2006. Mrs. Walters received her B.A. in Communications at Loyola University of New Orleans in December 1999. She completed her Juris Doctorate from Loyola in May 2003, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Mrs. Walters was admitted to practice in Florida in October 2003. She practices in the State of Florida in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and insurance subrogation. She is admitted to practice in the federal court in the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers. Additionally she is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Creditors Bar Association. Alison is married to Todd and they have three very spoiled pets.
