Increase in Florida Filing Fees and Costs for State Court Litigation

The Florida Legislature has approved an increase in almost all applicable Court filing fees and costs. This is a legislatively mandated increase, so we expect each county to be adopting the new fees. Below are some of the most used services in which there has been an increase in the fees. There are other fee increases. These increases go into effect for cases filed on an after July 1, 2008. Please contact us if you wish to receive a more complex accounting of the applicable increases.
